• We are not liable for damages from use, including inaccurate data or downtime, to the extent permitted by law.

You indemnify TikTok Age Checker from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved in Lagos courts.
